He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae and L. D. Pollock; his wife Brenda Kay Harvill; and his cousin Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Jill Budd (Layne) and John Pollock (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Heather Harper, Keaton Hare, John Layne Budd, Matthew Budd (Savannah), Zachary Pollock (Vanessa) and Justin "JD" Pollock; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Harper and Sean Harper; his sister Mary Clem Stewart (Robert B. "Bobby"); his nieces, Dena Petrosky (Dennis Sanders), Brenda Fleshman (Andy), Kathryn Christensen (Chris) and Janna Dimitrijevic (Estella); and his nephew Robert B. Stewart, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Burleson County Cowboy Church (300 Co Rd 169, Caldwell, TX 77836). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
