She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Smith and Annie Blazek Smith (Blazek); her husband Hubert Willis; her siblings, Gwen Gray (James), Douglas Smith (Mary) and Bob Smith; and her granddaughter Nikki Willis.

She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Becky) and Allan; and her grandchildren, James, Eric, Jason, Rachel, Marc, Linda, Adam, Seth, Shelby and Joshua. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to First Baptist Church or Baptist School, 300 S. Thomas St. Caldwell, Texas 77836.
