He was predeceased by: his parents, Ludie B. Sherman and A. Jackson. He is survived by: his sons, Tosh Aki Smith and Keith Smith; his grandchild Coby Smith; and his siblings, Anthony Burns (Gwen), Cleveland Burns, Jr., Ronald Burns (Lela), Joyce Burns Figgers, Robbie Burns Delley, Agnes Mitchell (Ricky) and Sonja Burns. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and life- long friends.
