He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Campbell and Darlene Campbell; and his grandparents, Carl, Sepha Adams, Jack and Mary Lou Campbell.
He is survived by: his significant other Stephanie; his children, Lauren, Ryan, Sal, Lindsey and Taye; his son-in-law Wade; his grandchildren, Ryland, Wake, Lila Catherine, Miley and Brynnly; and his siblings, Lisa Breeden (Jim), Carla Lambert (Scott) and Kirby Campbell (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
