He is survived by: his wife Rita Williams; his daughter Courtney (Jill); his stepchildren, John (Perdita) and Samantha Williams; and his siblings, Ernest (Carlotta) and Joyce Ann Sandy. He is also survived by Five grandchildren and one great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Street Baptist Church (401 Waterall St, Texarkana, TX 75501).
