He is survived by: his parents, Charles Culver and Thelma Culver; his wife Nancy Knight; his sons, Matthew Culver and Zachary Culver; his brothers, Steve Culver (Cassie Culver) and David Culver; and his nieces, Crystal Andrews, Ashley Pena and Chrissy Gambrell. He is also survived by twelve great nieces and nephews.
