He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Winkler; his children, Callie (Rance Rainer) and Matthew (Shellee Winkler); his grandchildren, Valerie, Chelsey, Joey Phillips, Garrett Rush, Logan, Jacob, Ethan Glynn, Averree, Amaree, Jensen, Hendrix Winkler, Kristi, Kimberly, Hannah, Dillyn, Claire, Molly and Trinity; Paislee, Lacey and Waylon Phillips. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (220 The Grove Rd, Gatesville, TX 76528). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
