He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas Sutherland; and his parents, Ruth Pirie Sutherland and Charles Eugene Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Stribling Sutherland; his children, Robert Sutherland (Paola Lievano Pulido) and Amanda Sutherland; his siblings, John Sutherland, Barbara Harris (Thomas), Charles Sutherland (Debbie) and Mary Sutherland; and his sister-in-law Denise Sutherland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their children.
