She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Dodd; her parents, Isaac Murfee Tyson and Isabelle Simmons Tyson; her brothers, George Hall Tyson and Charlie Frank Tyson; and her daughter Nancy Dodd Baugh.
She is survived by: her sons, Vernon Dodd (Paula) of Maysfield and Clarence Edward Dodd of Dripping Springs. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home (2701 N Travis Ave, Cameron, TX 76520). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Pebble Grove Cemetery (300 County Rd 255A, Cameron, TX 76520).
