She was predeceased by: her father Elbert Jackson; her husband Richard Earl Williams; and her sons, Richard "Rickey" Williams, Jr. and Thomas Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Debora Evans; and her grandchildren, Thomas Evans (Jenna), Elizabeth Williams and Victoria Williams.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home (2800 N Travis Ave, Cameron, TX 76520). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
