Though Roy Dean may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Roy Dean leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ottmer and Ella Teresa Ottmer (Piske); and his siblings, Alice Mowdy and Robert Lee Ottmer. He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Joyce Ferguson of Fairfield and Kathy Vansa of Cameron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
