He is survived by : his mother Guadalupe De Leon Falcon; his wife Mary Ann Falcon; his sons, Daniel Falcon, Jr. and Bernadino Falcon (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Cole Falcon, Ava Falcon, Shaylee Falcon, Destrey Falcon and Derrick Falcon; and his siblings, Chano Falcon, Jr., Sylvia Falcon, Rosa Hernandez, Lupita Hickman, Josie Gonzales, Carolina Falcon, David Falcon, Freddy Falcon, Vida Palcencia, Mary Denginery and Jessi Falcon. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
