She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Glenn Spradling, Jr. (Sarah) of Campbell and Larry Joseph Dick (Sherry Loy) of Lone Oak; her grandchildren, Shelby Ruth Johnson (Jason) of Campbell, Sawyer Glenn Spradling (Bethany) of Campbell, Ty Lopez (Kate Potts) of McKinney and Elizabeth Lopez of Irving; her great grandchildren, Paislee Gayle Spradling, Burkley Scott Johnson, Parker James Spradling, Rose Hawkins and Brinley Jewel Glenn Johnson; her sister Betty Ann Eakin of Greenville; and her caregiver Donald Warner of Royse City.
