He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley F. Clark and Frann Risher Smith Clark; his brother Keith Clark; his aunts, Joyce Clark and Vivian Smith; and his mother-in-law Lucille Hickman.

He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Sue C. Clark; his daughters, Kayla Michelle C. Harrell (Daniel) of Benbrook, TX and Stacy Risher C. Rosendo (Alfredo) of Benbrook, TX; his grandchildren, Aspen Grace Rosendo, Paul Daniel Harrell III and Silas Clark Rosendo; his sisters, Connie C. Kirk (Vernon) of DeRidder, LA and Krista C. Reese (Ricky) of Anacoco, LA.; and his uncle Rod Smith. He is also survived by cousins as well as several nieces and nephews.
