He is survived by: his wife Janice Lay Forrest; his children, Jaymee Wright (Tyler) of Amarillo, Matt Forrest (Denise) of Amarillo, Rebecca Forrest Vestre (Jason) of Los Osos, CA and Steven Forrest (Nikki) of Amarillo; his grandchildren, Creed Bryan Wright, Hadlee Joyce Wright, Haylee Carter (Richard) of Amarillo, Sara Callistro (Robby) of Rolla, MO., Jayden Vestre, Kayla Vestre of Los Osos, CA., Jacoby Forrest, Camden, Hudson Forrest and Lilli Forrest of Amarillo; his nephew Jesse Schafer (Chelsea); and his brothers, Scott Westbrook (Candi) of Tyro, KS. and Kirk Westbrook (Laura) of Canadian.
