He was predeceased by: his parents, William Terry and Pearl Lee Robinson LaPrade; and his siblings, Rondo LaPrade, Troyce LaPrade, Larry LaPrade and Lucille Tipps.
He is survived by: his wife Linda LaPrade of Canton; his children, Ricky LaPrade (Gloria) of Canton, Danny LaPrade (Deloris) of Grand Saline, Carolyn Barnes (Jay) of Grand Saline, Marilyn Thompson (Jimmy) of Canton and Sandra Denton (Gerald) of Grand Saline; and his brother Willie LaPrade of East Tawakoni. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bartley Funeral Home (1015 W Wolfe St, Grand Saline, TX 75140). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
