He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Giles and Ouida Rice Giles; and his brothers, Lloyd Ernest Giles (Doris) and Charles Giles. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hewett; his children, Barbara Annalynn Sanders (Scot) of Heath, Texas, Steve Giles of Driftwood, Texas and Brian Giles (Debra) of Combine, Texas.; his grandchildren, Joelle, Micah Cate, Audrey, Connor (Juliana) and Nicole; his great grandchild Maya; and his sister-in-law Vickie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to FBC Canton Next Level Building Fund, Texas Lions Camp of Kerrville or to the Hospice of East Texas, Tyler.
