He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Reid Page; his parents, Gordon Page and Kathleen Bridwill Page; and his siblings, Wayne Page, Gene Page, Lucy Shipman, Tom Page, David Page, Joyce Whiteside and Mary Nipp.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Page (JoAnna), Julie Lazarine (Lee) and Jodi Page; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Georgia, Jane Aubrey and Charlie.
