He is survived by: his brothers, Bill Cook of Missouri City, TX and Brad Higdon (Renee) of Austin, TX; his former wife Jerrye Magness Fussell; and his nieces and nephews, Todd Cook, Christian Waller, Bradley Higdon, Erica Waller Carpenter, Sabrina Cook and Diana Gipson.
