Jon Mike left this world on May 31, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry Lewis and Mamie Ruth Smartt Lewis (Brenda Lewis); his brother Charles Lewis, Jr.; and his stepson Edward Cook, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki Burgess; his granddaughter Tessa Burgess; his daughter Tiffani Lewis; his grandchildren, Sadie Lincoln, Kyler Lincoln and Julietta Lincoln; his son Kevin Lewis; his daughter-in-law Ashley Lewis; his grandsons, Jacob Lewis, Hudson Lewis and Reed Lewis; and his niece Roxanne "Rocky" Schwartz. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
