He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Sanchez (Roberto), Pedro Carrillo, Isidro Carrillo Jr. (Marisela), Gabriel Carrillo (Selma), Paul Carrillo (Marisa), Luis Carrillo (Marlina) and Graciela Jara; and his siblings, Felipe Carrillo Jr., Martha Orozco and Estela Carrillo. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
