He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottmar Kruse and Edith Kruse; his former wife Linda; his daughter Lara Kruse; and his sisters, Eileen Moeller, Judy Beck, Elizabeth Furler and Carol Stautzenberger.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kruse; his sons, Michael Kruse and Phillip Kruse; his stepchildren, Chad Donegan (Christy) and Melissa Donegan; his sister Barbara; and his brother-in-law Ralph Reece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
