She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston L. Johnson and Ethel B. McGahay; her sister Betty Cross of Bakersfield, California.; her husband Roy E. Thomas of San Antonio; and her son Ralph E. Thomas.
She is survived by: her son Robert Thomas (Patricia); and her nieces, Cathy Wind, Colleen Gruetzner, Carolyn Walker and Connie Thomas. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patsy's memory to the Hope Hospice Center in New Braunfels.
