He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fordham and Joan Fordham; and his sister Kamala Fordham. He is survived by: his wife Connie Fordham; his children, Sarah Dunn (Joseph) of Amarillo, Tyler Fordham (Kelsey) of Los Angeles, CA and Hannah Fordham of Melbourne, Australia; his grandchildren, Dillon, Nora Dunn of Amarillo and Alfie Stephenson of Melbourne, Australia; and his sister Pamela Waldrop (Mick) of Dallas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
