He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Daniel and Barbara Daniel (Cannon); and his brothers, Robert and Roger Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Daniel; and his children, Tessa Moore (Conrad), Jessica Heflin (Jaimz), Jarred Daniel, Sherilyn Voegele, Rhonda Irvin and Judith Quisenberry (Kevin). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great grandchildren.
