He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Lee and Hattie Butcher (Denton); and his siblings, James Butcher, Bernice McPhearson, Ruth Brown and T. S. Butcher.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Floyd; his son Mike (Suzanne); his granddaughters, Nichole, Megan and Abby; his son Colby (Trina); his grandchildren, Caleb and Tate; his son Trent (Pamela); his grandchildren, Alexis and Christian; and his sister Lois.
