He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta Currie; his former wife Sondra Kerr Currie; his daughters, Kimberly Kathleen Deckard and McKenzie Pipes; his brother Dr. Hugh Bob Currie; and his father David Hugh Currie Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Currie; his grandchildren, Brittany Currie Taylor (Rusty), James Deckard, Olivia McDonald (Matthew) and Kaeleigh Martin; and his nieces and nephews, David Currie (Jennifer), Bob Currie (Tammy), Susan Currie (Dan), Sherry Forbes, Melissa Tye, Sarah Forbes and Kathy Kubatzky (Tim). He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many great nieces and nephews.
