He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Lee and Annie Parker (Shepard); and his sister Wilma Eudy (Tom). He is survived by: his wife Joy Parker; his children, Christi Mahan (Doug) of Canyon, Mark Parker of Canyon and Cathy Melton (Marcus) of Canyon; his grandsons, Tyler, Brett, Tanner and Justin Mahan; and his children, Parker and Josie Melton.
