We announce the death of Linda Leigh Elbert of Canyon, Texas, who passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 85. Linda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Brantley and Juanita Brantley. She is survived by: her children, Randy Elbert (Rachel), Shelli Elbert Estes (Stan) and Kurt Elbert; her grandchildren, Kourtney Elbert Evans (Chris), Marc Elbert (Hunter), Landry Estes (Kristen), Madison Estes McCutcheon (Josh), Blaire Elbert and Brooklyn Elbert; and her cousins, Heber M. Brantley, Anita Bishop, Melinda Redd and Nita Janice Edmistion. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
