He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe B. Smith and Lucille Smith (Huggins); his daughter Jamie Sue Smith; his brother Harry Lee Smith; and his nephew Shane Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Stacy Smith; his sons, Justin Smith (Candice) of Canyon, TX and Jacob Smith (Megan) of Ft. Gibson, OK; his mother-in-law Mary Berry of Canyon, TX; his brother-in-law Dr. Stuart Berry (Joy) of Amarillo, TX; his brother David Smith (Karen) of Riverton, WY; his grandchildren, Madison Plunkett, Brayden Vinson, Brock Smith and Harley Smith; his nephew Eric Smith; and his nieces, Hannah and Morgan Berry.
