She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Byrd; and her parents, Helene Thornton and Afton Thornton. She is survived by: her children, Steve Byrd of Claude, Amy West of Canyon and Cindy Cummings (Brett) of Bushland; her brother Tommy Thornton (Norma) of Las Vegas, NM; her grandchildren, Austin Bradshaw of Red River, NM, Cambri Cummings of Plano, TX, Ella Cummings of Bushland, TX, Bryce Cummings (Michelle) of Amarillo, TX and Brant Cummings (Ashley) of New Home, TX; and her great grandchildren, Barrett, Beckham, Asher and Emery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
