He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Claytor and Evelyn Claytor (McCarty); and his brothers, Jeffrey Cormack Claytor and Christopher Kendall Claytor. He is survived by: his wife Linda Claytor of Canyon; his children, Jessica Susanne Maestas (Elesaio) of Amarillo and Charles Brady Claytor of Canyon; his stepchildren, Christi Michelle Steele of Amarillo, Steven Don Newman (Hanna) of Amarillo, Jenifer Moriah Bridges (Lonnie) of Levelland and Jonathan Grant Newman (Ashley) of Sundown; his adoptive son Josh Combs of Amarillo; his siblings, Mike Kevin Claytor of Pie Town, NM, Vicki Claytor of Monte Vista, CO and Tracy Brian Claytor of Monte Vista, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Dinah Lewis of Canyon and Bill Frazier of Georgia. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
