He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Tipton (Betty Tipton) and Betty Tipton; and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his brothers, Dana Tipton (Carolyn) of Carlsbad and Dean Tipton (Pam) of Edmond; and his siblings' children, Diana Cardenas (Abraham), Christopher Tipton (Lesli), Thomas Tipton (Sunni) and Forrest Tipton (Tiffany).
