He is survived by: his sister Connie; his siblings-in-law, Glenn Hansen of Minnesota and Barbara Carlsen of Colorado; and his children, John K., Pam Carlsen, Steve, Michele Carlsen of The Colony, Konnie Witten and Gavin Webb of Carrollton, TX. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
