He is survived by : his wife Ruth Lockhart; his children, Jeanne Lens (Michael Lens), John W. Lockhart Jr., Thomas Lockhart (Connie) and David Lockhart (Judy); his grandchildren, Timothy Lens (Christie), Amanda Torkelson (Andrew), Andrew Lockhart (Sarah) and Evan Lockhart (Katelyn); his great grandchildren, Harrison Lens, Hank and Waylon Torkelson; his stepchildren, Debra Dvorak, Arlene Meadows and Steve Meadows; and his pet Teddy.
