He is survived by : his wife Jeniffer Nam; his children, Joung Michael Nam and Heather Chong; his children-in-law, Kaitlynn Nam and Dale Chong; and his grandchildren, Junia Nam, Isabelle Chong and Tyler Chong.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Allen Family Funeral (2120 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75023).
