We announce the death of Patrick Nolan Thompson of Carrollton, Texas, who passed away on October 27, 2026, at the age of 84. Patrick will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Shaniqua Cowie; his parents, Tarlton Thompson, Sr. and Fattye Pitre Thompson; and his siblings, Talton Thompson, Jr. and Gloria Dean Grant.
He is survived by: his daughter Myshia Massey (Jeffery) of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Jayden Massey and Janiyah Massey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Williams Funeral Home (817 E South St, Opelousas, LA 70570). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
