He is survived by: his mother Yến Bạch Trần; his wife Mỹ Trần; his sons, Eric Trần and Ryan Trần; his daughters-in-law, Jennifer Trần and Jenny Trần; and his grandchildren, Eileen Trần and Bryson Trần. He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, and their spouses; his entire family in-law, and a vast family of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rhoton Funeral Home (1511 S Interstate 35E, Carrollton, TX 75006). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ Vietnamese Parish (2121 N Denton Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery (3235 Lombardy Ln, Dallas, TX 75220).
