She was predeceased by: her parents, Jodie Botta Howie and Celestine Adeline Brown Howie; her former husband Phillip Glenn; her siblings, Robert Howie and Betty Quance; her husband William Talbott; her grandson Shaun Matthew Cooper; and her great grandchild Stetson William Teague.
She is survived by: her former husband Manuel Holcemback. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and their spouses, along with 17 great-grandchildren.
Wanda Lorene Talbott, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, went home to join the Lord on April 4, 2026, following a courageous battle with Alzheimer's.
