He is survived by: his wife Vicki Walters Kelley; his son Jason (Jessica); his grandchildren, Emily, Jordan, Landon, Hannah, Avalee and Mia; his son Jered (Jeannette); his grandchildren, Dylan, Jaxon and Delilah; his daughter Jamie Foster (Eric); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Ethan; his stepsons, Michael and Travis; his stepgrandchild Colt; his great grandchildren, Peter, Jesslyn and Noa; his brother Pat Kelley; his mother-in-law Barbara Long Walters; and his pet Pepper.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Slay Memorial Chapel of Aubrey (400 US-377, Aubrey, TX 76227). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Old Celina Cemetery (12070 W Glendenning Pkwy, Celina, TX 75009). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlake Baptist Church (2015 E Peters Colony Rd, Carrollton, TX 75007).
