He is survived by: his wife Crystal Mayer of Carthage; his children, Jason Lee Mayer (Jamie) of Whitehouse, Kyle Wayne Mayer (Sarah) of Bossier City, LA, Brooke Elizabeth Whiteside (Joey) of Anna, Hollie Nicole Mojica (Richard) of Carthage, Jennifer Adkins and Robbie Padgett of Lincoln, NE; his sister Rebecca K. Minyard of Carthage; his grandchildren, Dylan Mayer, Landon Mojica, Lillian Mayer, Brooklyn Whiteside, Brilee Brumley, Kylee Mayer, Alana Mayer, Declan Mayer, Cameron Adkins and Brenden Adkins; and his great grandchildren, Autumn Mayer, Olive Adkins, Cayde Adkins and Bexlee Adkins. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
