He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis John Coxen Sr. and Wanda King Coxen. He is survived by: his wife Martha Coxen; his children, Kelly Coxen, Steven Coxen and Amy Coxen; his siblings, Jerry Coxen (Reba), George Coxen (Brandy) and Christi Cox (Tommy); his grandson Levi Coxen; his stepsons, Mark White (Heather) and Greg White (Susan); and his stepgrandchildren, Westyn White, Maddie White, Kayla White and Brittany White.
