He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alonzo Hull and Dorothy Ella McLeod Hull. He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Mechel Scarborough (Jeff), Christopher Hull (Amy), Nicholas Hull (Natalie) and Aubrey Hull; his grandchildren, Liam, Lizzie and Gabriel Hull; his sisters, Judy Brown (Gene) and Kay Thompson; and his aunt Betty McLeod.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hawthorn Funeral Home (307 W Wellington St, Carthage, TX 75633). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Carthage (256 S Market St, Carthage, TX 75633).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the Robert A. Hull Memorial Scholarship at Panola College or Shriners Children's Hospital.
