It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ortigo Elliott (Carthage, Texas), born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Huey P Ortigo and Elaine Baker. She is survived by: her husband Scottie Elliott; her sons, Andrew Scott Elliott, Joseph Ezekiel Elliott, Timothy Seaver Elliott and Caleb Daniel Elliott (Maranda); her brothers, Randy Ortigo (Diane), Ronney Ortigo (Jeanette), Robert Ortigo (Anne) and Rodney Ortigo (Marjorie); her grandsons, Zachary and Preston Elliott; and her friend Karen Baker. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
