He is survived by: his parents, Steve Carter (Paula) and Loretta Carter Lloyd (Tommy); his grandmother Mary Kate Hunter; his siblings, Kristi Carter Baksht (Jon), Shannon LaGrone and Garth LaGrone; his nephews, Will, Charlie, Sam Baksht and Joshua McMurray; and his aunts and uncles, Kathryn Elizabeth Castillo, Rebecca Jane Wilson (Brent), Peggy Ruth Kocurek, Thomas George Hunter, III, Mary Frances Ouelette (Emile), Martha Louise Lawson (Keith), Karen Marie Ishee (Garry), Robert Dean Hunter (Susan) and Paula Seewald (Clyde).
