He is survived by: his children, Kim McNeely (Donnie) of Carthage, Eric Winkler of Garland and Stephen Winkler (Faye) of Dallas; his siblings, Mark Winkler of Carrollton, John Winkler (Staci) of Mesquite, Susan Reisor (Ken) of Dallas and Mary Gary (Dale) of Carthage; the mother of his children Janet Winkler of Dallas; his grandchildren, Aidan Winkler (Haynia), Brandon McNeely (Lexi), Kristen McNeely, Scarlett Winkler, Nolan Winkler and Joel Torres; his great grandchildren, Conner and Karmen; Becca Smith and Debbie Arola. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
