He is survived by: his wife Gail Waits; his children, Roy Waits, Jr., Daniel Waits and Karen Waits Lawson (Dan); his grandchildren, Elissa Crow, Shawn Lawson, Dylan Lawson and Tyler Lawson; and his siblings, Thomas Allen Waits (Mary), Janice Dixon and Susie Ingalls (Doug).
