She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Hale and Tressie May Davis Hale; her son Pervis E. Young; and her great great grandchild Kristopher Sparks. She is survived by: her children, Kim Wingfield, Cindy Steger (David) and Rusty Young (Jinjer); her grandchildren, Leslie Kerlick (Chad), Casie Mullanix, Morgan Young (Nicky), Wayne Mullanix (Caitlyn), Schuyler Young and Stormy Richardson (Jacob); and her brother Charles Hale (Jan). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jimerson-Lipsey Funeral Home (1131 TX-149, Carthage, TX 75633). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the County Line Cemetery (12138 FM 1971, Timpson, TX 75975).
