She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Pippen Cooke Williams and John William Cooke III (Tonya); her granddaughters, Cathy Williams Wall (Jason), Jessica Williams Pace (Michael), Ali Cooke Smith (Brandon) and Caroline Paige Cooke; her great grandchildren, Bryce Burton Farmer, Elizabeth Grace Wall, Jackson Ross Wall, Sarina Nell Pace, Annabella Marie Wall and Sawyer William Pace; and her caregivers, Sandra Adams, Ruby Carter, Gale Matlock, JoAnn Rhodes, Accentcare and Korie Faust.
