He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Allen Chandler Jr. and Patti Jean Sansom Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann; his children, Ross Chandler II, Robin Chandler Donham, Rachel Chandler Smoot and Cass Ryan Chandler; and his siblings, MaryNell Chandler Burlinson, Leslie Chandler, Billy Mike Chandler and Terry Wayne Chandler. He is also survived by fourteen beautiful grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Castroville (1408 Alsace Ave, Castroville, TX 78009). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM at the Bender Family Cemetery (90 Bender Bend, Poteet, Texas 78065).
